Nia is a friendly yoga instructor who has been practicing since 2013. She is a registered 200hrs YT, which means she has undergone extensive training and has a deep understanding of the practice. Nia's classes are known for being both challenging and nurturing, and she has a gift for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Whether're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, Nia will guide you through a practice that will leave you feeling grounded, centered, and energized.
